We don't run a typical operation. We have a history of doing what is needed for our clients even after normal business hours; working long hours or weekends if needed. Our design department typically works flexible hours Monday - Friday unless needs dictate differently.
Our support for hosting, domain names, email, shopping carts, marketing, ssl, and related products is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We understand up time reliability and ours is above 99%. This is in part due to our commitment and the general understanding in this business that dictates tough standards.
